What Happens After You Order: Shipping, Discreet Packaging & Delivery Times

The most common message we get isn't about flavour — it's some version of "when will it turn up, and what will the parcel look like?" Fair questions, and both have straight answers. Here is exactly what happens between you hitting checkout and a box landing at your door, using our actual published shipping and refund policies rather than vague promises.
The first 48 hours: order, dispatch, tracking email
Once your order is placed it goes into our dispatch queue. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding public holidays. Business days means Monday to Friday, so an order placed on a Saturday morning is worked on from the following Monday, and a long weekend pushes everything back by a day.
When the parcel is on its way, tracking details are emailed to you. That email is the moment the parcel stops being our problem to pack and starts being a thing you can follow. If it hasn't shown up after a couple of business days, check your junk folder first — that catches most of the "no tracking" enquiries we get — then email us at service@xevape.com.
We ship right across Australia, everything we send is 100% original stock, and delivery is fast and discreet regardless of which state you are in.
How long delivery actually takes
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Actual times depend on the courier and your location, and once a parcel is in the network those timings are outside our control — we won't pretend otherwise. We also won't quote you a state-by-state table, because we can't verify one honestly. Metro addresses generally move faster than remote ones, which is about as specific as we're willing to be.
Putting the two stages together gives the realistic end-to-end window:
| Stage | What happens | Typical timing |
| Order placed | Order confirmed and queued for packing | Day 0 |
| Dispatch | Packed and handed to the courier | 1–2 business days |
| Tracking email | Tracking details emailed once it is on its way | At dispatch |
| In transit | Courier moves it to your address | 3–7 business days |
| Total | Checkout to doorstep | 4–9 business days |
That 4–9 is simple arithmetic on the two published windows, and it is in business days. Weekends and public holidays don't count toward it, so the calendar figure is always a bit longer than the number suggests. If you need something for a specific weekend, order the week before rather than the Wednesday.
What the parcel actually looks like
Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging. No branding, no product imagery, nothing on the outside that announces what's inside. It is the same plain box whether you order one device or twenty, so a delivery to a share house, an office or the in-laws' place looks like any other parcel.
What we won't do is promise things we can't control. We don't dictate how a courier handles or leaves your parcel, and we don't set the delivery rules at your address — if your building has a particular process for parcels, that process still applies.
Shipping cost, and why 10 items is the sensible order size
Pricing is deliberately simple. There is a flat $10 shipping fee on every order, and free shipping on orders of 10 or more items.
| Order size | Shipping cost | Effect |
| 1–9 items | $10 flat | Same $10 whether you buy 1 or 9 |
| 10 or more items | Free | $10 saved, and no repeat postage later |
Because the fee is flat, a single-item order carries the whole $10 on its own, and buying the same total in three separate small orders means paying it three times. Crossing the ten-item line once removes it entirely. That is the whole logic behind bulk buying, and our bulk buying guide goes further into building an order that size without ending up with nine of a flavour you don't love.

Get the address right the first time
This is the single biggest cause of delivery grief, and the one entirely in your hands. Double-check your delivery address at checkout — unit number, street type, suburb and postcode. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, so a missing unit number is worth ten seconds of proofreading before you pay.
If something goes wrong
An item sells out after you order
It happens occasionally. If it does, we contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund for that item — your choice, not ours.
The parcel arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect
Email service@xevape.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund as appropriate. The photo isn't bureaucracy — it's what lets us resolve it in one email instead of five. If a device simply isn't behaving, it's worth a quick look at our quick fixes guide first, since a fair number of "faulty" devices are solved in a minute.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank. Note that we generally don't accept change-of-mind returns, because these are consumable goods, and opened or used products can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Full detail sits on our shipping policy and refund policy pages.
